Mushroom masala


REQUIRED INGREDIENTS

Mushroom 1Packet (200-250gms)
Onion Big 2+2
Tomatos 3
Garam masala 1/2tsp
Sambar powder 2 tsp *
Salt Asrequired
Cashew 10
Ginger-garlic paste 2tsp

GRIND TOGETHER

Onion Big 2
Tomatos 3
garammasala 1/2teaspoon
sambarpowder 2teaspoon
Cashew 10

* For Sambar powder.

Pepper 5to6
Dhania 2 Teaspoon
Chilli 4
Fenugreek 1/2Teaspoon
Channadhal 2 teaspoon
Tuardhal 2 teaspoon
Curryleaves few

Method-

1. Cut Onions(2) into big pieces add salt and keep aside.Clean and wash the mushrooms,wipe it with the tissue paper and keep dry.

2. Heat ghee in a pan and fry the onion to golden brown.Add ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw smell goes.

3. Then put the mushroom, fry and boil for few minutes.

4. Add ground masala and fry well till oil separates.

5. When the gravy thickens,garnish with coriander leaves.
